Missfits by Alisha — Return & Refund Policy

At Missfits by Alisha, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers. Please read our updated return and refund guidelines below.

Return Policy — 15 Days

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be sent to the following address:
Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are 25 AED.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at missfits.uae@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Items must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
