Missfits by Alisha — Shipping & Exchange Policy

Dear Ma’am/Sir,

Shipping charges are 25 AED flat for all deliveries.

In case of an exchange, the customer will bear the shipping charges for sending the package back to the Missfits by Alisha dispatch office, and Missfits by Alisha will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to the customer.

Please note that our refund and return policy is valid within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
